I utilize a comprehensive selection process that evaluates companies based on three primary factors:

• Quality

  Companies included in the watchlist exhibit superior financial health, operational efficiency, and sustainable competitive advantages. Key indicators include high return on incremental invested capital (ROIC), consistent free cash flow generation, and strong balance sheets.

• Growth

  Priority is given to companies with a proven track record of consistent revenue and earnings growth, as well as clear pathways for future expansion. This includes market share gains, innovative product development, and expansion into new geographic regions.

• Value

  Despite their quality and growth attributes, selected companies are valued attractively relative to their intrinsic worth and future potential. This approach helps mitigate the risk of overpaying for growth and quality.

Long-Term Tracking Approach

A cornerstone of the SENSU Watchlist is its long-term tracking methodology. Each stock is monitored for a period of 10 years, regardless of its performance. This extended timeframe allows us to observe how these companies navigate various market cycles and economic conditions, providing valuable insights into long-term investing and market dynamics.
